The meeting was called to order by President, Bob Johnson, at 7:10 p.m. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. The treasurer's report followed. The chapter now has $212.72 balance 315 account, $50.87 in capital acquisitions, and a balance outstanding of $239.
The finance committee report was that we have The Electras and Steve and the Esquires for the Battle of the Bands on March 6. The projected income for the chapter for the next semester is $610. It was suggested that each brother and each pledged to sell at least once seat pad
Move: that Kappa Omicron chapter we reset the price of the seat pad from $1.50 to one dollar piece. This carried.
The dates of Corsage sale will be from December 16 to December 19 of January 2 January 3.
Move: that we build commuter mailboxes if the Senate buys the materials. This was carried.
There will be a Christmas party at Bowditch Lodge this Saturday, December 14 at 8 p.m.
There will be a photograph taken of the brotherhood for the Index on December 11 at 7 p.m. in Memorial Hall.
Elections followed. Election offices for the spring semester for Kappa Omicron Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega are as follows:
